### Your Role

You'll support Spanish-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.

You'll:

-   Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
-   Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat
-   Explain solutions clearly and professionally
-   Deliver the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for

### Work Remotely From Greece

Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work **100% remotely from anywhere in Greece**.

Your relocation starts in **Athens or Thessaloniki**, where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.
