We are looking for energetic, German-speaking Customer Experts to join our booming international hub of over 400+ tech enthusiasts in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will represent an American multinational technology icon—one of the absolute "Big Five" premium brands in the world. You will be the face and voice of their world-class Online Store, helping users navigate high-end hardware, luxury devices, and premium accessories.

### **What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)**

You will connect with our German-speaking community via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email to deliver a premier customer experience. Your responsibilities are divided into two exciting tracks:

-   **Sales Support:** Guide customers through their buying journey using a tailored, interactive scripted process to understand their specific needs and help close the sale. You will assist users asking questions like _"I can't decide which device to buy"_ or _"I can't find the article I'm looking for."_
-   **Service Support:** Handle after-sales care and e-commerce complaints. You will step in as the problem-solver when a customer needs to return/cancel an order or states, _"My package has not been delivered."_
-   **The 30-Day Upgrade:** To maximize your professional growth, you will undergo mandatory cross-skilling after your first 30 days in either role, giving you the expert capability to handle both Sales and Service inquiries.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level fluency in German, plus a solid B2 level in English to successfully cruise through your initial training sessions.
-   **Tech Foundations:** Relatively advanced PC knowledge, comfort with MS Office, and a typing speed of $\\ge25$ words per minute with at least 80% accuracy. If you are already familiar with MacOS and iOS ecosystems, that is a massive plus!
-   **Experience:** No prior professional experience is preferred or required. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
-   **Mindset:** A natural ability to seamlessly use positive language, even when resolving complaints.
