Your role as a Customer Support Agent includes addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing informative guidance across multiple communication channels. ### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to **Norwegian**\-speaking clients.
-   Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
-   Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services.
-   Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards.
-   Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
-   Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Norwegian** and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
