Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Assisting passengers with flight reservations and booking changes
-   Helping customers understand ticket conditions, fees and airline policies
-   Processing refunds and reservation updates
-   Providing travel and flight information
-   Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners
-   Working with airline reservation and booking systems
-   Delivering the level of service expected from a premium international airline

You'll receive training before you're expected to know the systems, so previous airline experience isn't required.

## Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

-   Speaks **Danish fluently (C1+)**
-   Has a good level of English
-   Enjoys helping and communicating with people
-   Is comfortable learning new systems
-   Is adaptable and open to an international environment
-   Is genuinely interested in living and working in Greece
