On behalf of our client, we are looking for **Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderators** to join a growing team based in **Athens**. In this role, you’ll help ensure a safe, high-quality online experience by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform.

### **Your role**

-   Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines
-   Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
-   Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community
-   Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses
-   Apply content policies consistently and accurately
-   Assist users via **chat, email or phone** (depending on project needs)
-   Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
-   Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines

## Requirements

-   **Fluent Dutch** (spoken & written)
-   **Very good English**
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Professional judgment and the ability to separate personal opinions from policies
-   Previous experience in **content moderation, social media or customer support** is a plus
-   A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
