We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals who are ready to relocate to Greece and join our client’s team, supporting Dyson customers from a modern office environment.

This is an on-site position in Greece. You must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate. A full relocation package is included.

Please note: You will be employed directly by our client, an international customer experience provider, and assigned to the Dyson project. You will not be directly employed by Dyson.

### Your Role

As a Customer Advisor on the Dyson project, you will support customers who value innovation and quality. Your communication will reflect the premium character of the brand.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

-   Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Providing clear information about products and services
-   Guiding customers through troubleshooting and solutions
-   Handling each interaction with patience, structure, and care
-   Contributing to a supportive and professional team environment

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills
-   Comfortable with technology and structured processes
-   Experienced in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
-   Attentive, solution-oriented, and confident in communication
-   Motivated to grow in an international environment
