We are looking for **Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists** to join the team supporting **Canon**. Relocate to Greece and choose whether you want to make **Athens or Thessaloniki** your new home.

Once you're settled, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy everything Greece has to offer outside of work.

**What will you be doing?**

Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may vary. You can expect to:

-   Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
-   Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues
-   Follow up on cases and make sure they are resolved efficiently
-   Escalate more complex issues when needed
-   Build strong and professional relationships with customers and partners
-   Work towards individual and team targets
-   Follow standard diagnostic procedures and find effective solutions
-   Exchange ideas and solutions with your international colleagues
-   And of course, do your best to turn every customer into a happy customer!

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

-   Fluent Norwegian and good English skills
-   Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-   A positive, customer-focused mindset
-   Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
-   Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
