### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in **Nordic languages** and English with inquiries related to our iGaming products and services.
-   Provide detailed information about games, promotions, and account management.
-   Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
-   Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
-   Document customer interactions and feedback to aid the continuous improvement of our offerings.
-   Stay informed on the latest iGaming trends and updates to provide knowledgeable support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in a Nordic language (such as **Swedish**, **Norwegian**, **Finnish**, or **Danish**) and English is essential.
-   Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
-   Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
-   A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the gaming industry.
-   Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
