On behalf of our client, we are looking for **Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives** to join the **Mercedes-Benz Customer Experts team** based in **Chania, Crete**. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service for one of the world’s most respected automotive brands.

### **Your role**

-   Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via **phone, email and chat**
-   Represent **Mercedes-Benz** with professionalism and brand care
-   Respond to inquiries about products and services, offering expert guidance
-   Handle customer issues efficiently and with a solution-oriented mindset
-   Provide accurate and effective **roadside assistance support**
-   Ensure a premium customer experience at every interaction
-   Collaborate with colleagues and share ideas and best practices

## Requirements

### **What we’re looking for**

-   **Fluent Danish** (spoken & written)
-   **Very good English**
-   Genuine interest in **cars and the automotive industry** (strong advantage)
-   At least **6 months of experience in customer support or customer care**
-   Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
-   Strong problem-solving ability and sense of ownership
-   Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
-   Positive, adaptable and open to relocating abroad
-   Eager to learn and grow within an international environment
