### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
-   Address inquiries concerning gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical issues.

-   Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from customers.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer service quality.
-   Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or online gaming sector.
