You'll host live casino games such as Roulette and Blackjack for Danish-speaking players, working in a professional studio with a TV-style setup and modern technology. **Your Role**

-   Host live casino games in Danish, including Roulette and Blackjack.
-   Engage with players on camera and create a welcoming, entertaining atmosphere.
-   Follow game procedures to ensure a smooth and accurate experience.
-   Represent well-known international gaming brands in a professional studio.
-   Work alongside a diverse team of colleagues and supervisors.

**Working Hours and Training**

-   Work rotating 12-hour shifts: 07:30-19:30 or 19:30-07:30, averaging around 16 working days per month.
-   Enjoy approximately 14-15 days off each month, depending on your schedule.
-   Take regular breaks, usually around 30 minutes after each hour on camera, with longer sessions possible during busy periods.
-   Complete two weeks of fully paid training in Riga to prepare you for the role.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Native or fluent Danish, both written and spoken.
-   Conversational English for training and communication with your international team.
-   An outgoing, friendly personality and confidence in front of a camera.
-   A professional mindset, with good attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
-   Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
-   EU citizenship or another valid legal basis to work in the EU.
-   No previous experience required - full role-specific training is provided.

## Benefits

**Salary and Bonuses**

-   Expected total monthly earnings of approximately €2,700-€3,000+ gross, depending on shifts and performance.
-   Hourly pay ranging from €14.16 to €21.24, depending on the applicable rate, plus night-shift supplements and performance bonuses of up to €2.00 per hour.
-   An additional €375 gross per month in housing allowance during your first year.
