### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Handle customer inquiries in Finnish via phone, chat, and email
-   Provide accurate information and solutions according to company guidelines

-   Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality
-   Participate in training and onboarding programs

## Requirements

-   Fluent Finnish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
-   Good English skills (B2)
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-   Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Office, and online tools
-   Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
-   Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
