### **About The Client**

Our client is a fast-growing company in the **iGaming** industry, dedicated to delivering top-tier player experiences through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies. They are now looking for a **Danish-speaking CRM Manager** to join their team in **Copenhagen** and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

### **The Role**

As a **CRM Manager**, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

### **Key Responsibilities**

\- Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.  
\- Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.  
\- Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.  
\- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.  
\- Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.  
\- Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.  
\- A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.

## Requirements

### **Who Our Client is Looking For**

\- **Fluent Danish speaker**, with strong proficiency in **English**.  
\- **2+ years of CRM experience**, preferably within **iGaming, e-commerce** or **digital marketing**.  
\- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms.  
\- Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies.  
\- Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.  
\- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.  
\- Passion for the **iGaming** industry is a plus!
