As a **German-speaking Flight Ambassador**, you'll help make every passenger's journey smooth from booking to boarding.

Your responsibilities include:

-   Responding to customers, travel agencies and corporate partners through different channels
-   Entering customer information to issue tickets and update reservations
-   Explaining travel rules and procedures before flights
-   Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets and reservation issues
-   Explaining applicable ticket fees and taxes
