As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and fosters a positive user experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
-   Identify inappropriate content and take appropriate actions to address violations.
-   Document moderation actions and contribute to analysis and reporting.
-   Collaborate with team members to develop and improve moderation procedures.
-   Stay updated with industry trends and content moderation policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

-   Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
