We’re looking for **Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists** to join an international delivery and technology project connecting restaurants and customers across Europe.

If you’re a people person who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next move abroad.

Your day-to-day**

-   Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets from restaurant partners and customers
-   Help with **orders, refunds, deliveries and platform-related questions**
-   Provide friendly, professional and empathetic support across different channels
-   Follow quality standards and established response guidelines
-   Escalate more complex or sensitive cases when needed
-   Support the team with additional project tasks when required

## Requirements

**Could this be you?**

-   Fluent **Norwegian** and good English skills
-   Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-   Customer-focused, professional and empathetic
-   Comfortable working across phone, chat and email
-   Able to follow procedures while thinking independently when needed
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus
