### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication.
-   Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
-   Troubleshoot customer challenges while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
-   Stay informed about company products and industry developments to assist customers effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Dutch** and proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or online gaming sector.
