As a **German-speaking Flight Ambassador**, you'll help make every passenger's experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.

You'll:

-   Respond to customers, travel agencies and corporate partners through multiple channels
-   Enter customer information into internal systems to issue tickets and update records
-   Explain travel rules and procedures to passengers before boarding
-   Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets and reservation issues
-   Explain applicable ticket fees and taxes

You'll be part of the team behind the journey, helping passengers get where they need to go while representing one of the world's leading airlines.
