### 💳 **What You’ll Be Doing**

You won't just be answering phones—you'll be the key driver in our Danish-market operations, helping customers navigate financial products while turning inquiries into success stories!

-   **Frontline Customer Hero:** Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding card products, loan applications, and account setups.
-   **Drive Sales & Conversions:** Identify customer needs, pitch loan and card options, and convert incoming leads/applications into active accounts.
-   **Onboarding & Verification:** Guide Danish customers smoothly through the onboarding process, including basic document checks and compliance.
-   **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work side-by-side with Risk, Payments, and Collections teams to keep operations seamless.

## Requirements

### 🎯 **Who We’re Looking For**

This role requires a mix of service-minded empathy and target-driven ambition. To apply, you **must** have:

1.  **CS + Sales Experience (Required):** Proven experience in both **Customer Support AND Sales** inside a call center, contact center, or BPO environment. You know how to overcome objections, handle call flows, and smash your KPIs.
2.  **Language Power:** Native or C2-level proficiency in **Danish**, plus strong written and spoken **English**.
3.  **Target-Driven Mindset:** You enjoy turning a standard customer support call into a sales win.
