As a **Danish-speaking Travel Agent**, you'll help customers plan and manage their journeys and make sure they receive a smooth experience from start to finish.

You'll:

-   Assist Danish-speaking customers with bookings and travel-related questions
-   Help with booking changes and other travel requests
-   Provide professional customer support by phone and other channels
-   Find solutions and make travel as smooth as possible
-   Use internal booking systems and tools to manage customer requests

You'll be supporting customers for **Singapore Airlines**, a globally recognised airline connecting travellers across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and beyond.

## Requirements

### 🔎 What We're Looking For

-   **C1-level Danish** and good English communication skills
-   **College/university degree**, OR a high school diploma plus **6 months of customer care/call centre experience**
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
-   Professional, organised and solution-oriented approach
