💻 **What You’ll Actually Be Doing (The Daily Quests)**

You’ll be delivering top-tier pre-sales and after-sales support directly to high-range, individual passengers for one of the world's best airlines. With a relaxed workload of just 15–20 customer contacts per day, you'll have the time to actually deliver first-class service!

Your journey starts on the phones, and as your writing skills shine, you'll level up to handling written email support too!

-   ✈️ **The Itinerary & Booking Master:** Guide passengers through ticket changes, date modifications, flight rules, pricing, and refund policies.
-   💺 **The In-Flight Experience Creator:** Help passengers lock in their dream seat selections, order custom meal preferences, and get prepped for departure.
-   🚑 **The VIP Assistance Specialist:** Be the go-to support for special conditions—guiding medical requests, helping solo-traveling minors, and keeping passengers calm during unexpected flight or airport strikes.
-   🖥️ **The Amadeus System Pro:** Master the industry-standard Amadeus booking tool (we train you fully during onboarding!) and navigate 6 core tools like an absolute wizard.

## Requirements

### 🧳 Who Belongs on This Flight?

You don't need decades of airline experience to land this job, but you _do_ need to be sharp, tech-savvy, and ready for an adventure!

-   **Language Power:** Near-native or C1 level in **Danish** plus solid **B2 English** (for training and software systems).
-   **Education & Experience:** High school diploma or college degree + at least 6 months of customer care experience. _(Bonus points if you have experience in travel, hospitality, or GDS systems like Amadeus!)_
-   **Keyboard Speedster:** Good PC skills, fast typing (25 wpm with 100% accuracy), and the ability to flip between software tools seamlessly.
-   **The Vibe Check:** At least 18 years old, detail-oriented, and ready to commit to living in Greece for at least 1 year.
