No advanced tech experience is required. If you’re comfortable using smartphones, apps and everyday technology, you’ll receive the training you need.

### Your Job – Smartwatch Customer Support

You’ll help customers get the most out of their smart devices and solve everyday questions about their smartwatch, apps and connected technology.

Your daily tasks include:

-   Supporting Danish-speaking customers via calls and tickets
-   Helping with smartwatch features and everyday device use
-   Troubleshooting connections, apps and settings
-   Guiding customers through solutions step by step
-   Identifying recurring technical issues and reporting them internally
-   Working alongside an international support team

You’ll build practical experience in **technical support, wearable technology, iOS, Android and digital customer experience** – useful skills if you want to continue within tech or customer support.

## Requirements

You:

-   Speak **Danish at B2 level or higher**
-   Have good English skills
-   Are comfortable using smartphones and apps
-   Have a basic understanding of **iOS and Android**
-   Enjoy solving problems and helping people
-   Are patient, friendly and willing to learn
-   Are interested in living and working abroad

Previous technical support experience is a plus, but **not required**.
