**About the Role**

You'll be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, providing professional support for a range of automotive-related enquiries. From answering questions about products and services to coordinating roadside assistance, you'll help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

No need to be a car expert from day one—you'll receive full training before you get started.

**Your Daily Tasks Will Include:**

-   Supporting customers via phone and email
-   Providing expert guidance on products and services
-   Assisting customers with roadside support when needed
-   Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
-   Delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction
-   Collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions
-   Maintaining accurate records while working across multiple systems

## Requirements

**What You Need:**

-   Excellent communication skills in **Swedish** and very good English (spoken and written)
-   At least **6 months of customer service or customer support experience** is preferred
-   A passion for cars is a strong advantage
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Confidence using computers and learning new systems
-   A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
-   A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
