### What you'll be doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll help Danish-speaking customers with questions related to vehicle rentals, reservations and travel plans, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their journey.

Your daily responsibilities include:

-   Assisting customers via phone and email
-   Handling new reservations, booking changes and cancellations
-   Providing information about rental services and mobility solutions
-   Helping customers find the best solution for their travel needs
-   Resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
-   Delivering outstanding customer service while building long-term customer satisfaction

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Fluent Danish and good English skills
-   Strong communication and customer service skills

-   Good problem-solving abilities
-   Comfortable working in an international environment
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required — full training is provided
