### What you will bring to the role

-   You’re fluent in **Danish** and confident in **English**, both spoken and written
-   You’re genuinely interested in addiction psychology, regulations, and compliance

## Requirements

-   Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
-   Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
-   Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
-   Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
-   Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
-   Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
-   Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
-   Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training
