You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice of Mercedes-Benz across three exciting domains:

-   **The Lifesaver (Roadside Assistance):** When a driver is stranded, you’re the calm in the storm. You’ll coordinate breakdowns, manage recoveries, and ensure safety is always the top priority.
-   **The Tech Wizard (Connected Mobility):** Help clients navigate the _Mercedes Me_ App. From remote vehicle monitoring to activating digital services, you’re the bridge between the car and the cloud.
-   **The Luxury Ambassador (Customer Service):** You’ll handle the high-end experience, managing everything from maintenance bookings to "goodwill" requests for our most discerning clients.

## Requirements

**Are You the One?**

-   **Linguistic Flair:** Fluent **German (C1)** and solid **English (B2)**.
