### **What You’ll Do**

-   Support customers and assist them with their questions and requests
-   Communicate with customers via **phone, email and chat**
-   Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
-   Understand customer needs and find the best possible solutions
-   Follow internal processes and guidelines when handling customer requests
-   Make sure customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction
-   Work closely with your team and share information and feedback
-   Take part in training to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills

## Requirements

### **What You’ll Need**

-   Fluency in **German** and **English**
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills
-   A customer-focused and helpful attitude
-   Good listening and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-   Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
-   A positive attitude and a calm approach when dealing with customers

**No previous Customer Support experience is required!** Full training will be provided to help you get started and feel confident in your role.
