As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the Spanish market, assisting with:

-   Product inquiries
-   Sales support
-   Aftersales service
-   Delivery-related questions
-   Basic technical troubleshooting

The role combines **customer service, sales support, and technical assistance**. You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.

## Requirements

-   **Spanish (C1+ level)**
-   Good English skills
-   Previous experience in customer service (required)
