### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by responding to inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
-   Utilize your sales experience to actively identify client needs and suggest tailored financial solutions.
-   Assist in account openings, transactions, and any other banking inquiries our customers may have.
-   Collaborate with the vibrant sales team to reach and surpass sales targets.
-   Address and resolve customer complaints with a friendly and professional approach.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
-   Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to better serve our clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Danish** and strong communication skills in **English**; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   A minimum of **1 year** experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the banking sector.
-   A proven track record in sales, demonstrating your drive to meet targets.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that resonate with customers.
-   Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
