### Responsibilities

-   Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service.
-   Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their gaming accounts and promotions.
-   Ensure a swift and effective resolution of any technical issues faced by players.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
-   Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance player satisfaction.
-   Stay knowledgeable about gaming products and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in a Nordic language (**Swedish**, **Danish**, **Finnish**, or **Norwegian**) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in the iGaming industry.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and adapt to living in a new culture.
