We are looking for native or near-native German speakers to join an international customer support team in Sofia starting **September 11th**. You will be supporting everyday users of the world’s biggest digital app store and media ecosystem.

**What you’ll actually do day-to-day:**

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or near-native **German (C1/C2)** + solid working **English (B2+)**.

-   **Work Authorization:** EU Passport or valid legal right to work in Bulgaria.
-   **Relocation Mindset:** Genuinely motivated to relocate to Sofia for a long-term life and career move starting **September 11th** (or currently living locally in Sofia).
-   **Work Schedule:** Flexible and open to working 40 hours per week on a rotative shift schedule between **09:00 and 22:00, Monday through Sunday**.
