**The Role**

-   Communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
-   Help customers with questions, requests and everyday issues
-   Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the assigned project
-   Deliver friendly, professional and reliable customer support
-   Collaborate with colleagues in a diverse, international team

You will receive role-specific training to prepare you for your position, even if you have no previous experience in the particular field.

## Requirements

-   Fluent Danish, both written and spoken
-   Good command of English
-   At least 18 years of age
-   Right to work in Greece
-   Comfortable using computers and online tools
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece
