### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and telephone.
-   Address and resolve customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues effectively.
-   Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately to help improve overall service quality.
-   Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the gaming experience.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our gaming products and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Dutch** and proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming industry, is preferred.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is beneficial.
