### What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

-   **Be the Guide:** Connect with German-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
-   **Problem Solve:** Help users with fun scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes.
-   **Go Multilingual (With a Twist):** Focus on your native German language, while occasionally utilizing clever translation tools to assist customers across written channels.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level fluency in German, plus a good working command of English (B2) for your training and systems.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Good general PC knowledge, familiarity with Windows or Mac OS, and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
