Next Job Abroad is pleased to announce an opening for the position of **Danish Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative** based in Malta. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong background in sales and a dedication to providing high-quality customer service. In this capacity, the selected individual will manage customer inquiries and assist them with a variety of banking services while effectively promoting our financial products. ### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services and products in both Danish and English.
-   Utilize sales skills to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
-   Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
-   Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established company sales objectives.
-   Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction.
-   Document all customer interactions and transactions with precision in our database.
-   Stay informed regarding banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Danish** and proficiency in **English**; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
-   A minimum of **one year** experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the banking or sales sector.
-   Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
-   Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
-   Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management systems is preferred.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and embrace a new cultural experience.
