## Requirements

-   Fluent **German** (spoken & written)
-   Good English
-   At least 1 year of customer support experience
-   Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry
-   Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends)
-   You stay calm under pressure
-   You like teamwork in international environments
