### The Job

You’ll help customers get the most out of digital products and services, supporting them through **phone, email and chat**.

Your tasks include:

-   Building knowledge of digital products and technology
-   Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets

## Requirements

You:

-   Speak **Norwegian fluently**
-   Have good English skills
-   Enjoy helping and communicating with people
-   Are comfortable learning new systems and technology

-   Want to live and work abroad

Previous customer service or tech experience is welcome, but **not required**.
