# Manufacturing Technician

## Description

Responsible for monitoring and improving production lines by applying monthly preventive and corrective plans, as well as defining and monitoring production process indicators.  The ideal candidate shall be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of the lines, according to GMP, QMS and EHS standards. Among main responsibilities, this role will:

-   Support production lines ensuring compliance with main KPI´s, production goals, yield, scrap, safety.
-   Support quality assurance and audits.
-   Check equipment when it fails, as well as analyze raw materials when they are out of specification.
-   Support the production line during unscheduled stoppages.
-   Works closely with cross functional teams
-   Propose improvements, based on root cause analysis
-   Maintain optimal relations with operators, serving as guide and mentor
-   Create reports, analyze data, provide feedback to production team

## Requirements

-   Technical/Intermediate Technical degree or advanced bachelor studies in engineering related specialities (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Industrial Maintenance)
-   Basic command of manufacturing control software is desirable
-   Experience in the medical device manufacturing field, or in any other highly regulated industry is desirable.
-   Experience in documentation and good manufacturing practices is desirable
-   A2 English level, be able to communicate in writing with stakeholders
