**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Product Expert** to join our team. You will act as a technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, ensuring effective product lifecycle management and compliance from raw materials through to final product,

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead product lifecycle management activities to ensure product robustness and compliance
-   Act as technical lead for product changes, including new products, process improvements and transfers
-   Conduct product risk assessments, validation and control strategy development
-   Lead investigations into quality events and implement CAPAs
-   Manage projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
-   Provide subject matter expertise across products, processes and sites
-   Support regulatory documentation and change control  
    

**Skills & Experience**

-   Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
-   Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulated (GxP) environments
-   Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes
-   Experience in data analysis, research methods and risk management
-   Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. ICH guidelines)
-   Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
