**The Role:**

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a team, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and develop a packaging team to achieve production, quality, safety and compliance targets.
-   Plan and coordinate daily production activities, resources and staffing requirements.
-   Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and output.
-   Ensure full compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and site procedures.
-   Support training, coaching and capability development within the team.
-   Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
-   Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

**Skills & Experience:**

**Essential Skills**

-   Strong planning, organising and workflow management skills.
-   Effective communication and team leadership capability.
-   Experience troubleshooting operational or technical issues.
-   Ability to drive performance and manage change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-   Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and quality compliance requirements.

**Essential Experience**

-   Experience working within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or regulated production environment.
-   Experience supervising or leading a team.
-   Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
-   Experience supporting training and development of team members.
