**The Role:**

We are looking for an Operations Shift Leader to join our Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational teams in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment while championing our values of Drive, Dare and Develop. You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations, whilst supporting and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead manufacturing and packaging teams to deliver production, quality and compliance targets.
-   Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
-   Manage production schedules, resources and operational performance.
-   Drive GMP compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
-   Lead, coach and develop team members to build capability and engagement.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support operational excellence.

**What We are Looking For**

Essential

-   Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
-   Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations.
-   Sound understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
-   Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
-   Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
-   A proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and deliver results.

Desirable

-   Lean Six Sigma experience.
-   IOSH qualification.
-   Experience of manufacturing execution systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
