## Description

**Join us as a Customer Experience Specialist in Riga, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. From order placement to delivery, your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled with precision, care, and a solutions-first mindset. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate logistics – all while delivering exceptional service that reflects the NORIT brand.

**Your key responsibilities will be:** 

-   Handle Export and Import order entries and follow up on execution,
-   Prepare, gather, and distribute shipment-related documentation,
-   Manage Supply Chain replenishment orders,
-   Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone, managing orders from receipt to delivery and negotiating revised shipping dates when necessary,
-   Coordinate shipments of NORIT products to customers, including changes in shipment dates, product selection, and quantities,
-   Maintain master data in ERP and CRM systems, enter orders, and process customer requests,
-   Ensure a smooth customer experience through professional customer handling, feedback gathering, problem solving, and analysis of customer needs and behavior,
-   Collaborate with internal teams involved in product sales, planning, manufacturing, and logistics,
-   Adhere to NORIT policies and procedures, including safety, internal controls, regulations, and ISO standards.

## Requirements

-   1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a manufacturing, B2B, or logistics setting,
-   University degree preferred, current students are also considered,
-   Ability to work from **14:30 to 00:00 Monday to Friday**, with the possibility to work from **11:00 to 19:30 up to two days per week, except Fridays**,
-   Previous experience in logistics or manufacturing is preferred,
-   Proficiency in English,
-   Additional language skills such as German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or others will be considered a plus,
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills,
-   Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities,
-   A collaborative attitude and customer-first mindset.
