We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead capital projects that directly impact performance, efficiency, and long‑term manufacturing capability across two key sites – Marshall and Pryor. If you enjoy technical problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and owning projects end‑to‑end, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

**Your key responsibilities will be:** 

-   Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across two manufacturing sites,
-   Building and presenting business cases to justify capital investments and forecast future capital needs,
-   Managing project schedules, resources, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle,
-   Coordinating with internal teams to support material procurement, scheduling, and field reporting,
-   Tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership,
-   Supporting multiple concurrent projects, including handling submittals, changing orders, and safety documentation,
-   Participating in conceptual engineering work, including opportunity evaluation and alternative analysis,
-   Providing technical troubleshooting during equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation,
-   Ensuring accurate tracking of materials, equipment, inventory, and project documentation,
-   Assisting in resolving project‑related issues and support project closeout activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering,
-   5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
-   Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through execution,
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly,
-   Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment,
-   Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills,
-   Highly organized with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
