**Site Superintendent – Vancouver**

We are seeking an experienced **Site Superintendent** to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will be the on-site leader responsible for coordinating trades, solving problems in real time, and delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-oriented team and make a real impact in the built environment.

**Location:** Vancouver & Lower Mainland, BC  
**Project Values:** $1M – $35M  
**Start Date:** Immediate or within 1–2 weeks (preferred)

## Requirements

### What You’ll Do

-   **Lead Site Execution:** Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
-   **Coordinate Trades & Suppliers:** Build strong relationships, resolve challenges quickly, and keep all work progressing efficiently.
-   **Collaborate With Project Management:** Work closely with the PM team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations.
-   **Manage Client Communication:** Act as the on-site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients.
-   **Track Documentation:** Use Procore, SiteDocs, and other tools to manage field reports, schedules, change orders, cost tracking, and more.
-   **Monitor Budgets:** Identify efficiencies, control costs, and provide regular financial updates to leadership.

### Qualifications

-   **5–10 years** of experience in commercial construction, ideally as a Site Superintendent.
-   Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-   Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams).
-   Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
-   Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
-   Must already reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be available for in-person site work.
-   Preferred**:** Availability to start immediately or within **1–2 weeks**. We've got a few projects starting quickly that we need to start!
