We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our VIP Account Management Department as **VIP Account Executives** and help build the foundation of this exciting team.

**What you will work on**

-   Manage and develop relationships with assigned VIP players.
-   Deliver personalized communication and premium player experiences.
-   Understand player behavior and preferences to increase engagement and loyalty.
-   Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve the player experience.
-   Proactively support retention activities and reduce risks.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player needs.
-   Maintain accurate player records and document interactions.
-   Represent a professional, player-first approach at all times.

**What you bring**

-   9+ months within the company or completion of a performance review cycle.
-   6+ months in current role after promotion
-   1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, Account Management, or VIP Operations
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and trust.
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive, “extra mile” mindset.
-   Understanding of player lifecycle, retention strategies, and player behavior.
-   Ability to manage priorities while maintaining high service standards.
-   Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
