As a **Motion Designer**, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling assets for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, and animations. You will collaborate closely with the content team to develop visual concepts that support brand messaging and drive engagement, while ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements in line with established guidelines and design standards. Additionally, you will stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality and innovative visual content, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

## Requirements

-    Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
-    Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of both static design principles (typography, color theory, composition) and animation principles (timing, spacing, easing).
-    Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, CapCut knowledge is a plus.
-    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, as well as receive feedback constructively.
-    Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-   English is desirable, but not mandatory.
