Quantum technology has advanced rapidly in recent years, and we expect that in the near future, hardware will be mature enough to drive adoption by end-users. The team invests in start-ups that pioneer quantum computing or sensing technology for end-users in biotech, pharma, energy and the green transition.  As an Associate, you will play a central role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities, through transaction execution and due diligence, to active ownership and portfolio value creation.  This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing investment team and gain significant responsibility from day one. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, advisors, and portfolio company boards, developing a venture capital skillset while helping grow start-ups within the quantum technology ecosystem.   Denmark’s combination of quantum research heritage – exemplified by the Niels Bohr Institute – and life science ecosystem, with companies like Novo Nordisk and Novonesis, makes this a natural home for the effort. Building on this momentum, we aim to develop deep expertise and a strong network in applying quantum technology to life sciences within Novo Holdings.  **The job**  Novo Holdings has launched a €180 million Quantum Fund, with the aim of investing in companies that use quantum technology to benefit human and planetary health.
