**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Greece. This is an onsite position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful implementation and use of Novoville's solutions. **Key Responsibilities**  

-   Deliver high-quality support to the end users of our clients' platforms
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions
-   Understand clients' needs and goals, ensuring our solutions align with their requirements
-   Handle the onboarding of new clients (start to finish)
-   Provide training on Novoville products to our clients (either onsite or online)
-   Monitor account performance, create monthly reports and understand possible risks
-   Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clients requests
-   Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
-   Assist with general office management tasks when needed (e.g. front desk, supplies, correspondence, and administrative support)

## Requirements

-   At least 1 up to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success or a similar role (experience in SaaS or technology industries is a plus)
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-   Familiarity with internal processes related to different teams
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
-   Attention to detail is a must
-   Completed military obligations, if male
-   Fluency in Greek and English is required
-   Driving License is required
