NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established **South Bend, IN** operation. ### Your Mission

### Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)

-   **Compensation:** Guaranteed **$175 per day** (Average weekly commission: **$875**)
-   **Schedule:** Monday through Friday
-   **Start/End Time:** 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
-   **Required Vehicle:** Large SUV or Mini Van
-   **Weekly Mileage:** Approximately 850 miles
-   **Daily Stops:** Approximately 25–50
-   **Geographical Area:**

-   **Monday:** Elkhart, Middlebury, Bristol, Goshen, Millersburg, Milford, Nappanee, and Wakarusa
-   **Tuesday–Friday:** Goshen, Millersburg, Milford, Nappanee, and Wakarusa

-   **Sorting:** None
-   **Additional Route Information:** Monday includes additional coverage due to lower stop volume in the standard service area.

## Requirements

### Vehicle Requirements

-   Candidates must possess a **Large SUV or Mini Van**.
-   The vehicle must be **2013 model year or newer**. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate cargo space.

To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

-   **Age:** Be at least 21 years of age.
-   **Vehicle:** Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
-   **Smartphone:** Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
-   **Licensing & Insurance:** Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
-   **Pre-Employment Screening:** Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes:

-   Driving History Review (past 36 months)
-   Criminal Background Check
-   Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
