This Consultant level role will suit a technical professional who wants to develop a strong functional backbone. You will support the implementation of Maximo solutions, ensuring that technical builds align perfectly with the client’s operational workflows.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Technical Execution: Build and deploy configurations using Application Designer, Data Configuration, and basic Automation Scripts
-   Functional Analysis: Support Senior Consultants in documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes
-   Integration & Data: Facilitate data mapping and loading (MIF/SQL) and develop custom reports based on functional requirements
-   Testing & Quality: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring the technical solution meets the functional "success criteria" defined by the client
-   Training: Assist in developing training manuals and conducting end-user training sessions

## Requirements

### Technical & Functional Requirements

-   Experience: 3–5 years of Maximo experience with a focus on configuration
-   Functional: Understanding of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) concepts like work management, PR/PO, PM scheduling, failure codes, and inventory valuation
-   Technical: Strong SQL skills, familiarity with BIRT, and experience with Maximo’s internal configuration tools like conditions, DB, domains, escalations etc
-   Consulting: Strong presentation skills and the ability to document processes clearly

### General Skills

-   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
-   Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-   Maximo certification(s)
-   Cloud certifications (preferred)
